The day had a very wonderful weather. The skies are clear which made it a perfect time to do two loads of laundry. Having to take advantage of the heat of the sun (as the ground becomes dry) I also did mowing the lawns which made most of my numbers for this day, including trimming some of the shrubs surrounding the gardens.
Yesterday, I posted about tuyo which is a perfect pair for champorado. This is champorado, a Filipino porridge which is chocolate flavored. It is made from cocoa and glutinous rice and topped with evaporated milk. The milk provides the creaminess while tuyo, the dried fish, gives the dish its balance as the fish is too salty and while champorado is sweet.
