It was a good Friday, and no, there's no pun intended for that in reference for the holy day for Christians. The day is really good. I had a great time playing ping pong with my work colleagues during our breaks and did some planting of some my carnivorous plants too. I did some cleaning of my fish pond too and I was really surprised to see that the fishes had multiplied.
This is tinapa, a Filipino version of smoked fish. The fish used in the preparation of this type of fish is mackerel. It's a bit salty but Filipinos love eating it for breakfast, particularly with rice. It is also a popular "seafood" addition to the Filipino boodle-fight.
