Even salad tastes good between fresh bread slices and that is just a start. I love making sandwiches but prefer eating them. Especially when someone else did it and I get inspired for one or a few recreations.
Sometimes it feels like I can't go wrong with a sandwich, although when I do get them wrong it is an easy fix. What I usually consider are textures, taste, moisture and how easy it is to eat. Of course looks are important, but sandwiches are best kept classic.
