This time i would like to share what i almost have everyday like what i had for today lunch
This called Capcay with rice
Capcay actually is vegetables and some protein like chicken, sliced meatball and shrimps which are stirred with garlic. It had savory flavour with the thick a bit soup. I also ate it with rice... this is one of my favorite chinese dish.
Vegetables are healthy so i try to have them everyday. How about you?
