I don't know if there are fried snacks in your country or not but here, we have some delicious...
It consisted of fried fermented cassava and also fried banana.
We called fermented cassava as tape. You should try it, it tasted sweet and a bit sour. But so delicious and soft. A bit crunchy on its' skin.
Next the fried banana, they used a local one, named tanduk (if it is translated, horn). Usually it had sweet flavour but these unfortunately hadn't cause it hadn't ripe.
But you should try both of the fried if you come to Indonesia!
