这种天气小宝宝不爱吃饭，胃口不好，睡眠不好，都可以试试这个汤水的。

这个汤水健脾养胃益气生津，滋阴润燥，润肺止咳，增强体质。麦冬中还含有甾体皂苷、生物碱、谷甾醇等成分，具有抗疲劳以及清除自由基的作用。

准备材料：太子参10g、无花果4~5粒、麦冬10g，瘦肉100g，枸几10g，生姜片2块

做法：

🌸瘦肉可以飞一下水，去了血水，这次我切小块，为了保存原汁原味没飞水了哈哈！

🌸把全部材料洗干净放进去隔水炖盅里面，加适量水，炖1.5小时左右，加入适量盐可以饮用啦！
