其实水蒸蛋也是有窍门的。之前在一个午托里兼职,里面食堂的掌厨大姐每次蒸的蛋都非常嫩滑美味,我很好奇,所以就问她是怎么做到的,原来就是水的问题,加入搅拌的水要用凉开水,不能用生水,水量也要把握好,这样蒸出来的水蛋也就香嫩滑可口了。
