糯米提前泡一个钟左右，电饭煲内加入少许油，把糯米倒入，加入适量水，刚好没到糯米表面就好了，按下精华煮，煮到一半时间时就可以开始准备要用的配料了。
热锅下油，把备好的鸡肉、腊肠、香菇、红萝卜、豌豆依次加入锅中炒香，加入盐，蚝油，生抽，老抽翻炒，再加入少许水煮熟后加入芹菜粒拌匀，再加入已煮好的糯米饭拌匀就可以开吃了，是不是特别简单😂
