yesterday it was just five ke steps and now today I'm at 15000 which is indeed a great count that I did you daily activities along with walking session for a long time.
getting this much of count is not easy and it requires almost two hours time in the day to achieve so I am not able to make it every day because I do not get that much time to devote on fitness activities on daily basis.
whenever I get more time I do more fitness activities otherwise at least try to make new 5000 steps so that there is no gap in my fitness reports.
