Today, finally after several days that I promised myself, I decided to go out for a run!
The excuse for not going out was the cold and the rain, but the desire to stretch my muscles was so strong that, despite the rain and the not-so-mild temperature, I went anyway... a detailed report of the run will follow on @exhaust!
The other day I went grocery shopping and look what a beautiful black and white cat I found outside the front door?
He immediately allowed himself to be approached and petted, in fact he often came to me for more cuddles!
How cute is his little face?
In addition to cuddles, he was definitely looking for food, promptly accommodated by a supermarket customer!
In the vegetable gardens adjacent to the Entella River, there is this tree of tomatoes, a fruit common in South America... in a few days they will be ripe, despite the lack of sunshine?!
Another plant that caught my attention, is this kale: I really like to eat it raw... have you ever tried it?
On the promenade, I immortalized the expanse of stones of the beach below, raised by the storm: consider that the wall beyond the fence, is more than two meters high!
The day before yesterday, according to a long-standing family tradition, I followed the New Year's concert from both Venice and Vienna.
New Year's Concert in Venice
The images transmitted by the Italian public broadcaster, are always very beautiful, thanks also to the high definition technology.
So, comfortably seated at home on the Mediterranean, I took a virtual gondola ride through Venice... although I've lived in the area for several years, I visit it too rarely: a suggestion for this year will be to visit it (and take interesting photographic details) much more often than in the past!
Besides the magnificence of the palace, I was struck by the fact that - apart from the wind instrumentalists and the singer - everyone was wearing a (in my opinion almost useless) mask.
Then it was time to admire the concert from Vienna....
New Year's concert in Vienna
In Vienna, total absence of spectators in attendance....
... but watch out: NO musician wears a (useless) mask: interesting, isn't it?
Where do you live, is there a requirement to wear a surgical mask?
Finally, the cover image: wet run, lucky run?
Thank you for your time!
Any feedback from you is always very welcome!
If you glad, see you tomorrow? 🙏
A huge hug! 🤗
