I entirely forgot to make a post from my yesterday's @actifit activity. I was not my best because my limbs was soring. I think I overdid myself from cleaning the balcony.
Anyhow, I managed to walk in the afternoon. I sweat and I feel so good! Many people doesn't love sweating. I usually don't, but when exercising, I feel that I am doing my exercise the right way if I sweat! So, yes, I love that feeling. Do you?
