So long to June. I so hope that the covid nonsense finally is put down soon.
Unfortunately our dumbass governor Ducey has decided to lockdown a lot of businesses like that's going to do anything other than put them out of business. Plus those magical masks are going to protprotect us all from the cooties.
Oh well at least we can still workout here. Today's run was a bit slower but my legs felt pretty good and it was another beautiful day. The hills weren't a problem at all an it wad a good run to end the month.
Of course this day marks the anniversary of the deaths of the 19 Granite Mountain Hotshots at the Yarnell fire in 2013.
This small memorial is along the trail to Thumb Butte and a special little spot to remember those fire fighters sacrifice.
Finished up my day and the month with a fast walk into the town center and back for a bit of quick shopping before settling down to read.
Because of the governor's closure order my fitness center is shut down for at least a month - maybe it would be easier for us to call working out a "protest".
