「DIY系列」南瓜小馒头

受到某红书的影响,近日来我潜心钻研于甜点制作,虽然上不了大雅之堂,但对于厨艺不精的我来说也算是小有收获,今天分享一道南瓜馒头。

准备材料:面粉、发酵粉和南瓜适量


Step 1

取适量南瓜削皮蒸20-30分钟,随后将蒸好的南瓜捣成泥状,沥干待其冷却。

Step 2

将沥干冷却后的南瓜泥加入适量面粉并揉成面团,其软硬程度与白面团接近,发酵至膨胀。


Step 3

将适量面粉加水和发酵粉揉成团状同样待其发酵膨胀,发酵时间因天气而异,冬天大致3小时左右。


Step 4

将南瓜面团揉成比乒乓球略小的球状,将白面团切成如乒乓球大小的不规则团状并擀成包子皮。再用包子皮完全裹住南瓜面球,并将包子皮粘合处固定好。

Step 5

在整个馒头较为光滑的一面用锋利的刀片划出切口,切口大小如上图所示。最后将馒头蒸至10分钟左右即可食用。

这是一道看似简单却具有技术性的甜点,尤其是用刀片划的时候手速一定要快,不然会很影响美感的,大家可以按照步骤尝试一番呢。
